What You’ll Do

You will be participate in overall Creative direction for the agency and a large book of business. You will build and maintain a positive environment for the development of highest quality creative output that meets and exceeds our client’s expectations.

You understand how to make decisions to benefit the agency and bring your teams along with you toward the vision to empower all of us to do our best work in the most innovative ways. You set the tone in championing brave ideas with conviction and purpose, partnering with department leads and executive leadership to make it happen. You rally the agency to turn breakdowns into breakthroughs, always seeking a better way to do and be.

This is a visible role both externally with clients and internally with agency leaders. Strong presence, proven leadership and an innovative mindset are all critical to success.

Key Qualifications

• Prior Creative Healthcare agency experience
• Minimum 10 years creative management experience 
• Strong credentials in Copywriting and/or Art direction
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful, market-moving creative ideas
• Strong strategic instincts and business acumen 
• Excellent communication, mentoring and counseling skills 
• Proven Leadership Ability
• In person client travel is required
