What You’ll Do

  • In this hybrid designer/animator role, you will collaborate with creative teams to bring social media content ideas to life through animation, photography, and video footage, etc. using your own specialized expertise
  • Work with brand teams to develop creative concepts for brands’ social media efforts
  • Turn social post/ad concepts into thumb-stopping, socially-authentic designs
  • Stay creatively fresh: actively seek and share content inspiration and new ways to tell a story via video/animation with teams, art department, and agency
  • Leverage footage captured for TV/video shoots and transpose it for social or other digital channels
  • Create video and animation assets for new business opportunities and agency pro bono projects

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience at an advertising or social media agency
  • Experience working within primary social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) & experience with newer social platforms such as TikTok
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and animation/video editing software
  • Extensive knowledge of social media best practices and trends
  • Ability to take an initial concept/design and elevate it using your skills, experience, and best practices
  • A strategic and creative thinker who can proactively problem solve
  • Ability to present ideas in an organized, professional, and effective manner to senior leadership.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects autonomously
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • A genuine team player with interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication
