What You’ll Do 

 

SOCIAL CREATIVE OVERSIGHT/LEAD 

  • Work across teams at the agency to provide creative social oversight, giving creative/strategic direction with a social-first lens with the aim in continually push our social boundaries  
  • Partner with teams to concept social content and campaigns for brands and organizations in the healthcare space that are meaningful and authentic to the social space 
  • Provide social best practices to teams and clients as it relates to content and design 
  • Manage and mentor select members of the social creative team 

 

EMERGING TECH & SOCIAL PIONEER 

  • Ideate with brand teams to solve customer and brand challenges using current/emerging technologies in a purposeful way employing human centered design techniques  
  • Work with teams to identify opportunities to pull through and sell in appropriate new technologies 
  • Share social and emerging tech trends, inspiration, and perspectives internally and with clients (via live/virtual training and P&P social channels) 
  • Play a role in evolving agency's social and emerging tech offerings and capabilities 
  • In person client travel is required

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 4+ years experience at an advertising or social media agency, preferred experience managing a small team 
  • Agency experience is preferred, but experience in healthcare advertising is not required  
  • A deep passion and curiosity with social trends and other digital/emerging technologies  
  • Extensive knowledge of social media creative best practices  
  • An entrepreneurial spirt looking to continually grow and push things to new places  
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills 
  • Aptitude to think and learn quickly 
  • Strong self-direction, motivation, and organization
