    The Group Project Supervisor manages interactive projects from initial planning through launch including quality assurance. 



    • All aspects of project development including:
      • Developing project estimates.
      • Developing project plans.
      • Preparing comprehensive project scopes (deliverables, schedules, budgets, etc.)
      • Developing and maintaining critical issues documents.
      • Conducting project status meetings.
      • Preparing billing and forecast income.
    • Working with SVP to build and create interactive process and procedures for CDM’s digital offerings.
    • Training Account and Creative departments on interactive processes and methodologies.
    • Partnering with senior Account members on specific clients to identify opportunities to offer CLM/Digital offering.
    • Ensuring all deliverables are rolled out successfully on time, schedule and budget.
    • Managing expectations and communication related to interactive projects, clients and internal project teams.
    • Actively participating in new business initiatives.
    • Managing development and creative project teams on interactive projects.
    • Preparing functional specifications with project developers.
    • Providing internal/external Clients with all production schedules and critical milestones
    • Reviewing all project specs, technology requirements and schedules with technical leads.
    • Reviewing and confirming all required Test Plans for back-end database functionality.
    • Preparing and distributing contact reports after development meetings.



    • 5 – 7 years interactive project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment.
    • Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with various interactive mediums including: websites, banners, kiosks, Tablet PCs, etc.
    • Experience managing clients on project scope and delivery.
    • Strong Microsoft Office, MS Project & Visio expertise.
    • Strong understanding of development technologies.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance process.
    • Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle many projects at one time and maintain calm under pressure.
    • Ability to rally and motivate a team.
    • Able to take direction and criticism.
    • Self –motivated.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
