    Overview: Patients & Purpose is looking for a strategic Community Manager to join our growing Social team. This candidate will be responsible for setting up and building our clients’ social media communities through meaningful and helpful engagements.



    • Monitor and manage owned social communities across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, (and other channels as needed), which includes:
      • Responding to questions, comments, and concerns
      • Exemplifying the brand voice and tone in all community interactions
    • Scheduling, publishing, and QAing content for social media channels
    • Providing learnings and recommendations based on current trends in the community and industry
    • Work with brand teams to manage content calendar and social channel settings
    • Work with social strategist and brand copywriters to develop community engagement strategy and response guides
    • Provide weekly reporting based on social listening, community trends, and insights
    • Proactively flag opportunities for the brand and escalate issues as needed in a timely matter
    • Assist team members with brainstorming and strategy meetings to increase engagement and aid efficiencies



    • At least 1 – 2 years of hands on community management experience for brand(s)
    • Stays up-to-date with social media best practices and knows the ins-and-outs and subtle nuances of social platforms
    • Motivated self-starter who actively collaborates across internal and external teams
    • Strong communication skills both online and offline
    • Outstanding attention to detail
    • Team player who is ready for whatever may come their way
    • Solid research, writing and editing skills
    • Some agency experience is preferable
    • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager is a plus
    • Familiarity with social media management tools (i.e. Sprinklr) is a plus
    • Knowledge of/passion for healthcare space is a plus
